I’m trying the future new version of Windows.

As I’m working in a software engineering company developing OBM, I’m trying mainly compatibility.

Windows 7 RC build 7100 isn’t able to join a Samba NT domain before Samba 3.3.4.

As explain there, it seems to be a windows RC bug. The fact that it works with Samba 3.3.4 and later, suggests that Samba is no so innocent 😉

But not so much (any ?) ‘professionnal’ linux distributions include this version at this time.

Wait and see, but I suspect that we must do back-port, or wait for next stable release of our favorite distribution, to work with windows 7 final…
